The second Tattoo Art T-Shirt of the Month comes from Julietta Weimer, a Ukrainian tattoo artist living in Germany. Regarding her design, Julietta has this to say:
“Hear us roar! – Tattooing doesn’t need regulations, it should be free like art. A tiger belongs in the jungle, not in a circus!”
