You save yourself and us unnecessary effort and inconvenience by taking enough time to choose the right size and to make your purchasing decision carefully. Please be aware that all products are made specifically for you, and therefore every cancellation causes significant costs and business risks for us. Amazon and others may give you the impression that it's perfectly normal to order things, try them on, and send them back. However, they can only offer this ecological madness because of their extreme financial and market power. For us as a small social enterprise, every cancellation means considerable and costly extra work, which we hope to avoid as much as possible with your help. When it comes to choosing the right size, we recommend – in addition to carefully studying the size information – to order one size up if in doubt. This way you can rule out the item being too small.
Nevertheless: As a consumer in Germany, you have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal, even for products made exclusively for you. Within this period, you can cancel your purchase and return your order to us without giving any reason.
Important: The goods must be unworn and undamaged. As the buyer, you bear the cost of return shipping. Upon receipt and inspection of the goods, we will refund the purchase price promptly.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email):

The deadline is met if you send the goods before the fourteen-day period has expired and can provide evidence of this. You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs arising from your choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we received notification of your withdrawal. We will use the same payment method you used for the original transaction; you will not be charged any fees as a result of this reimbursement. We may withhold the reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have provided evidence that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods if this diminished value is due to handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
End of Right of Withdrawal
DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS AND INCORRECT DELIVERIES
Independently of the right of withdrawal, we take full responsibility in the event of:
- A defective product (manufacturing defect, incorrect print, item damaged during shipping)
- An error on our part (wrong item, incorrect size, incomplete order)
In these cases, we offer you, at your choice: a free reprint or reshipping of the correct product, a full refund of the amount paid, or store credit of equivalent value. For any claim, please contact us within 30 days of receipt at info(ett)dna-merch.de with your order number and photos of the defective product.
EXCHANGES
An exchange is possible subject to availability. Both the return shipping cost for the item to be exchanged and the reshipping cost of the new item are entirely at your expense. If the desired product is no longer available, a refund or store credit will be offered.
PARCEL STATIONS AND PICKUP POINTS
It is your responsibility to ensure that the parcel station or pickup point selected at checkout is open and operational at the time of delivery. Should a parcel be returned to us because it could not be delivered or was not collected within the timeframe set by the carrier, the reshipping costs will be entirely at your expense. We recommend checking the opening hours and availability of your chosen pickup point before placing your order.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All designs, graphics, illustrations and logos on products sold in our shop are protected by copyright law. The purchase of a product does not confer any right to reproduce, publicly display, distribute, modify or commercially exploit the works featured on it. Any unauthorised use may result in civil and criminal consequences.
