Attention: Made-to-order shop
Our shop operates exclusively on the principle of prosumption. This means that all items are produced specifically for you only after you place your order. This way, we don't waste resources and don't produce anything that no one needs or wants. We are a network of small and medium-sized enterprises that collaborate based on values, trust, and mutual respect. Please don't expect hyper-fast delivery times like those offered by Amazon or other giants with questionable business practices. Delivery to Germany and the EU can take 15 to 20 business days, depending on whether the garment is in stock at our partner's facility or needs to be ordered from the manufacturer before printing. The unisex T-shirts from our partner workers` coop sewing workshop in Croatia are usually the fastest to ship. We always try to keep a sufficient supply of these in stock. We print for you using high-quality digital direct-to-garment or direct-to-film printing technology. The inks used are skin-friendly and environmentally safe, and certified according to the most internationally recognized standard. Compared to the traditional screen printing process, this advanced technology allows us to save up to 95 percent water and 75 percent electricity together!
Size charts
Important: Please take enough time to choose the right size. You can always find the size chart at the end of the product image gallery on each individual product page. Since all products are made especially for you, we kindly ask you to take sufficient time when selecting your size. Unworn goods with material or printing errors can of course be returned for a complaint. When it comes to choosing the right size, we always recommend – in addition to carefully studying the size information – ordering one size up if in doubt. This way you can rule out the item being too small.
Shipping costs
Germany and EU: Free shipping from 50 EUR for all deliveries!
Starting from an order value of 50 EUR and up, all deliveries to Germany and the EU are shipped free of charge as standard. For orders and destinations that fall into this category, we do not charge you any additional costs and the sales price shown in the shop corresponds to the total price you will later have to pay at the checkout. With this policy, we want to say thank you for your support and quickly and transparently show you all the costs you will incur. For orders that are below the threshold of 50 EUR, a fee of 5,00 EUR will be added at the checkout. Important: Please do not use DHL Packstations as the delivery address, as there are unfortunately frequent delivery problems. Should a shipment be returned to us because it could not be delivered, we will have to invoice you for the costs of resending it in advance.
Rest of the World: Free shipping from 119 EUR!
We offer free worldwide shipping from 119 EUR! If the product value is below 119 EUR we always try to keep the shipping costs for deliveries to the rest of the world as low as possible. In this way, we want to make it as affordable as possible for supporters from more distant countries and regions to order from us. We love to see our community becoming more global one order at a time. The exact shipping costs are calculated at the checkout after you enter your address.
Customs duties, fees, import sales taxes, etc.
Important: Please note that for orders from outside Germany and the European Union, additional costs may arise when importing into a third country. We are not responsible for any of these additional costs (e.g. customs duties, fees or import sales taxes) and you must bear them in full.
Order tracking
As soon as your order has been dispatched, you will automatically receive an email with your tracking number. Please note that it may take 24 to 48 hours after dispatch for tracking to become active. This email may go to your spam folder — please check it if in doubt.
Shipping carriers
Depending on the destination country and parcel size, our fulfilment partners at USELESS PRIDE DISTRIBUTION in France work with the following shipping carriers:
- Colissimo / La Poste: Europe – standard delivery 5 to 10 business days (delivery partners in Germany are DPD and Deutsche Post)
- DHL / UPS / FedEx: International deliveries outside Europe – 5 to 15 business days depending on destination
The delivery times stated are indicative and run from the dispatch date. They may be affected by public holidays, strikes, weather conditions or customs delays.
Parcel stations and pickup points
Important: Please do not use DHL Packstations as a delivery address, as this regularly causes problems with delivery. Please also make sure in general that the parcel station or pickup point you have selected is open and operational at the time of delivery, and collect your parcel within the timeframe set by the carrier (generally 5 to 7 calendar days). Should a shipment be returned to us because it could not be delivered or was not collected in time, we will need to invoice the reshipping costs to you in advance.
Lost or damaged parcels
In the event of a lost parcel: please wait 14 calendar days from the dispatch date and then contact us at shop(ett)dna-merch.de with your order number. We will investigate the matter with the carrier. If the loss is confirmed by the carrier, we will offer you, at your choice, free reshipping or a full refund.
In the event of a damaged parcel: please take photos before any return and contact us within 7 days of receipt at shop(ett)dna-merch.de. We will arrange a replacement or refund.
Incorrect delivery address
Please check your delivery address carefully before completing your order. If an incorrect address provided by you results in a return or loss, the reshipping costs will be at your expense. If you notice an error immediately after placing your order, please contact us without delay at shop(ett)dna-merch.de — we will then try to correct the address, though this is of course only possible as long as the order has not yet been dispatched.
