Hoodie True Growth (Aragon Rural Collectives)

Das Februar 2023 Design führt uns ins die Zeit des spanischen Bürgerkriegs und der Revolution. Am 14. Februar 1937 begann in Caspe, einer kleinen Stadt in der Provinz Saragossa, der zweitägige konstituierende Kongress der Aragonischen Kollektivvereinigung (Federación de Colectividades de Aragón). 24 sogenannte Kantonsföderationen waren vertreten. Zusammen vertraten sie ganze 275 Dörfer mit insgesamt 141.430 Familienmitgliedern. Auf dem Kongress wurden zahlreiche Resolutionen zum Umgang der Kollektive untereinander verabschiedet. Eine der wichtigsten Resolutionen war die Abschaffung des Geldes innerhalb der Kollektivvereinigung.

Diesen Monat konnten wir den Doom Folk Musiker und Illustrator Conny Ochs für die Gestaltung des Designs gewinnen. Conny hat sich von der Abschaffung des Geldes innerhalb der Federación de Colectividades de Aragón inspirieren lassen. Für das Design wählte er eine 1-Peseten-Münze aus dem Gründungsjahr 1937. Die Münze zerfällt in sich, wird wertlos, und gibt den Weg frei für die Natur. Diese bahnt sich in Form einer Blume und Getreide den Weg durch die Mitte der Münze und wird so zum Symbol für echtes Wachstum bzw. True Growth.

Please note on colours: Since every screen displays colours slightly differently and textiles may vary slightly depending on the batch and material, minor colour deviations between the product image and the delivered item are possible. This is completely normal when printing on fabric and does not constitute a defect.

Please note: If, in exceptional cases, your size or colour is not available, we reserve the right to send you an alternative organic textile of equivalent material quality from another Fair Wear Foundation member company.
